    After a recent complaint which was finally resolved I was told a cheque would be posted to me? It is now 8 days later and I haven't received anything. How long should this take? The money was taken from my account by direct debit without my consent!

    my parents finaly got a refund of money owed ...,after 4 months so i think you have a while to wait
