Hi Guys roughly what would be perceived as good value for a .75 cushion cut colour D with SI2 diamond engagement ring. I know it varies but a guideline would be appreciated

buying or selling? If selling, divide prices you see on-line by half.

for a .75pt your looking at over 4K anyhow id say and if you want a D colour that will push it up even further

I would have thought more in the 1500-2k euro range.
Look at e-bay and the build your own ring sites.
    Presuming gold ?

yes I have just spent the last month and half and got prices from about 11 Jewellers and also looking endless on the internet I think 5K would be a good price on this esp with the colour of the diamond? is it white gold or platnium? although from my experience with getting prices there wasnt a huge price diff

Definitely check out blue Nile they are half the price of the jewellers in Ireland. I did a quick search on it and a 0.91 cushion cut si1 18 carat white gold band is coming in at €3400 they didn't have a 0.75 diamond available in colour d!
