Much more similar to this lad.

Sean's last activity is not long before Jame's account was opened.

A quick search shows they're the only people to have ever used the term "sacred cow" in the United thread. They also share some other phrases and use a lot of common language.

I mean, I'm not suggesting anything. I just found that interesting.

You are probably dead right but I would drop it. The mods don't like you doing that. I recall I caught a lad out who created a new account to agree with himself in a thread a while back. I did the same thing you did, pointed out similar phrases, the same syntax, same spelling errors and overused of comma's, etc. etc. A mod came in and "proved" it was a different poster because he had a different IP address (bless :p).

So I would just let it go if I was you.

And with that, your argument is invalid.

Have you seen the documentary about him?

It's a mannequin, iirc, and The Sun is just full of shíte. He keeps his medals and a jester hat on it.

Yeah I think it was on a video for rio's 5 magazine on YouTube that I saw the statue on a tour of Nani's house and basically he keeps it for hanging stuff on because it was a gift or something!

Looking forward to today's game, or at least was until my own season opener was moved from 12.30 kick off to a 3pm kick off meaning I'll miss the whole game. As long as I catch the team news and Rafael is at RB and Carrick is starting in midfield I'll be happy.

I tried to avoid this thread for a few days. Gave up and came back on just there.

Now I see Nani being compared to Daniel ****ing Sturridge. Amazing.

Nani isn't the most likeable of guys. I'd probably hate him if he was a Spurs or a Chelsea player. Part of this reason is his talent and a very small part is his attitude. That attitude is exactly what he needs to succeed as a winger though. He has a ridiculous amount of self-confidence. If he didn't have it then he wouldn't be half the player he is. If he tries to beat a man and it doesn't work out then he goes at him again, and again, and again.

You could argue that he has been our most important player over the past three years. Up until the RVP and Kagawa signing he was our go to man for a bit of magic to win a game.

A lad I play soccer with said to me the other day that he'd have Young and Valencia starting ahead of him every day of the week. Pure bollix. Nani is our best winger and has to start (if he is fit and in form).

He better sign that contract soon. The last thing we need is for Nani to leave.

    Consider it dropped. ;)

Gutted I won't get to see the match today. I'm in Australia so it starts at 11pm, but I've to be up at 6am for work, so I can't stay up.

Hoping to wake up and see goals from Kagawa and RVP!

I know its not a betting forum but do people think Cleverley will start today. Looking at him at 6/1 to score anytime. Also Kagawa 7/2 to assist a goal anytime.

Anytime I have watched/read an interview with Nani he has came across as very down to earth and I don't know where people are getting that he is arrogant or big headed.
As for the Sturrige comparision ,thats just ****ing nuts .

Kagawa assist is a good bet I wouldnt go near Cleverly to score.I think he will probably be playing fairly deep if he does start and I cant see there being may goals in the game either.

I remember Cleverley being quite prolific when on loan. Always hovering around 33/1 on Betfair for first goal. But like you said he will probably be playing deep.

IIRC he played more advanced central roles during his loan spells(he was often used as a winger at Wigan too).

Is there any way we can deactivate the Thank Button on this thread. I think that motivates people to post popular opinions in an attempt to get thanks.
It also leads people to believe there is cliq's when the same few people thank each others posts.

Or maybe just have an agree and disagree button. Ha. Would be a lot easier.

Easy to stick the knife in when the man is gone.

Rooney dropoed apparently, contrary to what most in here thought.

You're right. I was too afraid of the internet man to say it to his e-face.

Has Nani signed his new contract yet ?

Nani not even on the bench today...

Although Rooney's apparently not starting I'd say he'll get half an hour. I wonder what are the odds of Chico getting a look in?

No and I'm beginning to get slightly worried about it. Can't afford to lose a player of his quality.

Fabio starting at rb today for Qpr .

With RvP, Nani and Kagawa in particular, this is the first time Rooney has had real quality competition for his place in the starting XI. How do you's think he'll react to that?

Personally I think it'll be good for him. While I'm not suggesting he's been coasting for the last few years, the extra competition could be the motivation for him to really push on

Yeah I think it'll be a kick up the arse for him . Remember he got dropped for a Bolton game a few years ago think he came on and scored 2 in that game .
