Just wondering how many people read a charter when they first signed up to Boards or start posting on a new forum?

When I first joined I read the After Hours one, and I think the Cuckoo's Nest charter, but realised they were basic common sense stuff.

I pick up the general gist of do's and don'ts through experience. A trial and error procedure if you will.
