Well I meant it as "ladies and gentlemen" is intended to address everyone. Whether every man is a gentleman or not is debatable but not of my concern and not the point of the thread. Everyone on boards, lets say.

Ok. Glad we got that cleared up :)

i would like a society without money and where everyone works at what at what they love and freely give there creations and in return everyone can take what they need. much would be automated and would free up time for other stuff.

I would like to see the abolishment of all laws and in there place we would have common sence although this is rare on boards ;).

I dont know if polititions in the traditional sence would be needed. I dout it somehow.
Cool, and how would we get people to do the less pleasant jobs that need doing, without money to entice them? Im not saying you're wrong but id like to hear what you think.

More importantly if there was districts for each forum, which district would you live in and why?

Id say the bouncy castle forum district would be decent craic. The after hours district would be one of those places ya wouldnt walk alone in at night, for fear of being blasted with p1ss or other such things :)

What type of jobs are you talking about?

First thing that come to mind for me is who would drive the dumpster trucks and take out the trash.
But for me in a perfect society there wouldn't be any wast or if there is it would be very miniminal. All bioligocal wast will break down into soil and fetiliser and gas (which can be used as heating.)
Almost all products would be produced and consumed locally (idealy picking from the ground when you are hungry) which removes the nead for most packaging.
Any other 'wast' would be reused.

What jobs are you talking about that no one whould like to do? There could be some but peoples interest and skills vary widly. For example someone would think siting down to code a program would be the most boring thing possible where someone else could get a hard on from the though of it. I think there is jobs that would suit everyone.

Other jobs could be autamated thereby only needing engineers to serivce and maintain (which they like doing).

Good points. Well for me personally things like waste management, pest control, sewerage control etc wouldnt be that appealing but if they were automated or some functioning system like what you suggested was in place then happy days

There's a lot of thing's that would need to be banned from the start such as high fives,X Factor, boy racers etc,You might want to reconsider allowing all board members in,I'm not pointing fingers but the CT's and religious members might be happier on thier own island.I'm looking foward to my invite.

Would we have an army in case a rival boards-type website does the same thing and tries to invade? If so I call General. My experience consists of conquering almost everywhere on Age of Empires and I have watched ever Band of Brothers episode.

Yes, providing you apply to be "The Holy Eating Man". Then, during rituals, The high priest of Boardsie-land will raise his staff at the sun and bellow, let T.H.E.M. eat cake!! And you shall eat

**** that. I have been growing this beard for 4 weeks now. Im not shaving it for anyone. Granded it only looks like a 5 o clock shadow but still.
shaved before for an interview and didn't even get the job. that was 3 weeks work down the drain

You see i really want a big beard so i can stroke it when i havent a clue what is going on and still look really smart :D

Heard that 20% of college exams goes for beard stroking ability aswell. They dont tell you this becouse they dont want everyone doing it. They hire someone to look out for brillent beard stroking. This person always wears a blue t-shirt. This is why men do better in college than women. <--- true story

I first would get rid of the mad car tax have a universal one and everyone has cheap insurance and Id write into the law that petrol is not allowed go above 1 euro and once someone has 5 years no claims they get a free car provided from the government

No more rent allowance caps as well and anyone in morgage arrears after 6 months there interest freezes an they make a payment plan with the bank using a budgeting system which mabs provide

Also people have 2 months holiday pay if in unemployment

Use the taxes from the USC to provide council list tennants with a home
