    Hey,

Has anyone used www.bikeontheway.com ? Some really good prices 40% of Scotts etc, but when I ordered I got an email saying to send a cheque even though they had the visa sign on the site, have only given them my contact details, no card details at all. Most likely too good to be true but as I said great prices so said Id check here just in case someone had sucessfully used them before!

Dodgy as feck. No contact info at all on the site, another site they mention as assurance of their reputation, bicyclesky, is just a copy of this one. Would be surprised if you dont get scammed.

According to d'interwebs machine it's a Chinese operation that registered the address in xiamen, fujian.

A couple of associated sites have been associated with spy and malware.

I wouldn't send them anything - if it's too good to be true, it generally is.

Can't find any contact address on that website. It's listing prices in US Dollars but saying delivery will be by UK mail

Where did they ask you to send a cheque?

They mention being china based a few times around the site. Ive seen similar fake sites selling everything from designer shoes to ipads.
