How to clean a stove?

hi, i've got a multi fuel stove at home, but have no clue hoe to keep the tyhing clean on the outside? there's a build up of dust on it now. what do you use to clean yours? thanks for any tips.

Herself uses stove black on our one,you need lots of ventilation when the stove is lit after polishing.ie open windows in the room.

I use normal baby wipes on mine. Brings it up nice and clean on the outside.
