    Just decided to buy something on argos which will need delivery. But when I go to Step 1 "Your Details" i keep getting errors, even though everything is correct and the way they want it to be.


    "All fields marked * must be completed. Please check those details now marked by an asterisk. Please note do not use # in any of these details.". Is the error i get each time.


    Really sick of this, been trying for the past 20 minutes, updating delivery addresses, adding new ones, making sure everything is in the right area marked *, etc.

    Any suggestions to what i shall do?

    Afaik, you cant order online in ireland, uk only.

    The website says you can, but its only certain items, the likes of beds I expect.

    Did you fill them all in? If there is a postcode box you probably have to fill it in. I usually put in 99999, xxxxxx, NONE, or similar

    The home delivery of Argos items is one of the worst services i've ever come across. Recently, when I ordered I was told the item would be delivered within 15 days, then when I called after 15 days I was told it would be a further 4 weeks. On the morning the item was supposed to be delivered, I got a call saying there was a stock issue and it will be another 4 weeks meaning 2.5 months for something that should have been delivered in 2 weeks. The level of customer service is dreadful and I've never received anything from them on time and will never use the service again. Be advised!
