    You missed two questions:-

    67) Manchester United are playing a League game in December 2012, and concede two goals in the first half how can you put the blame on Michael Carrick?.

    The following should be considered:-
    - Michael Carrick was not on the pitch at the time.
    - Manchester United scored eight goals in the contest.
    - Michael Carrick scored half of these goals after coming on a sub.

    78) On the 27th of October 1984 Everton defeated Manchester United 5-0. Who would Bateman blame for this defeat?

Roll on 7 o'clock I don't think I've ever been as excited about the start of a new season. I think the first time in a few years not being in the Community Sheild has alot to do with the anticipation. This being our 1st game and the marque signing has me all giddy.

i admit ive never seen him play(Buttner),only no about him since we got involved but he seems to me to be the type of player saf loves
he is hungry looking and seems the type that when he gets his shot at a starting place he will fight tooth and nail to keep his place,he also looks like he has aggression about him another plus, this could be a great signing for us and another saf cheap master stroke signing
would still love another cm to be brought in but

You could make a lot of money as a scout, just seeing a photo of a player and being able to tell so much about him.

Am finding it difficult to get excited by this Buttner chap.
It seems we had absolutely no interest in him when Southampton almost had him signed. He's a last minute backup player. Bit of a rush job.

Posting pics of himself in the jersey before the club reveal him? That won't go down well at all.

Hope he's not an idiot and can listen and learn.

Enthusiasm like that won't be viewed anything but favourably, the guy seems beyond delighted to be joining up, that can only be a good thing.

Interesting background also. Grew up in the equivalent of what you would consider a Dutch travelling community. Hopefully he challenges Suarez to a bare-knuckle boxing bout.

Do you really think a 23 year old new signing can stroll into such an organisation and break protocol just like that? Afraid not son.

lol, I didn't realise United operated such draconian protocols about pictures in training tops. One would think they'd take a stronger stance on racially ambiguous tweets than on tweets of excitement at joining the club but I guess you know more about the procedures in place.

Really looking forward to tonight and the season in general after the signing of RVP.

It baffled me at first but you can't deny we have a super strike force now.

When you look at Rooney's and RVP's stats from last year its really mouthwatering stuff.

When the two of them start, defenders will literally c*ap themselves.

Slide the bar to last season

@rasco1975 Just goals for United in the Premier League.

Just an example of the scoring system. For example if I predicted Bebe would score 20 goals and at the end of the season he scored 25, then i would get 5 points. If he got 20 then I would get 0 points. Fewest points wins

    lads,

by the way, whats the link again that gives a history of all transfers? a liverpool fan laughed at the notion that i said City have spend more in the last 3-4 years, than United have in 25...need to proove him wrong, as usual.

    Enjoy.

What's the story with Ezekiel Fryers? Is he still contracted to the club or is he a free agent?

I was 100% certain that he had moved to Spurs. I asked one of my friends who's a Spurs fan and he hasn't a clue either.

There's no mention of him on either of the club's websites.

Most strange of all is the fact that he's still listed as a United player on the Fantasy Football game and on the Man United website. The game is run by the PL and they are not going to get something like that wrong.

At the moment I think he's still a United player. It's a complete mess if you ask me.

You gave your opinion of what kind of a player he might be having said beforehand that you had never seen him play which I found very unusual. So understandably I assumed you had only seen a picture of him based on that.

Why did you say you had never seen him play and then later say you had?

If the player broke protocol and unilaterally announced his transfer to United via Twitter before it had officially been completed, it's not unreasonable in my view to be worried that he might be an idiot...
