Restoring the Galaxy S from Darky to Factory Setting

I just bought a Galaxy III, so i am going to sell on my Galaxy I. I installed Darky's on it long time ago. But now i want to restore it to new status with the original ROM etc. How do i take Darky's off and install the original ROM etc.?

Firmware version 2.2.1
Baseband version I9000XXJPY
Kernel version 2.6.32.9
Build number Darky's v9.2 Extreme Edition

That is the stats on the phone. Do i just flash the original Kernel or do i need to flash the original ROM too with ODIN?

Do the first Odin flash from my guide here and you'll have the latest stock firmware
