    Hi Ladies

I have to attend a weeding soon (as a guest not bride). Can you please recommend where in Dublin could I get an appropriate dress in larger size - 16 or 18.

    Many thanks

Evans on Henry Street have larger sized clothing, from size 14 right up size 30. They have some nice dresses. To be honest, I normally go into the store, try on the clothes and buy them online, far cheaper :)

New Look also have a large size range, not sure of they have dresses for attending weddings, but they have a huge store in the Jervis Centre on Mary Street.

Further out in Raheny, you have a clothes shop called Tempted theyare really helpful and very friendly. They are a little more expensive than High Stret stores, but have very unique dresses.

Most shops go up to a size 18, there's no need to go to the ridiculously overpriced plus size shops.

Check out Monsoon OP, their dresses are perfect for weddings. There's a branch on Grafton St.

Debenhams are another option, there's a huge one on Henry St.

The first floor in Clery's has a lot of 'wedding' type dresses and suits in all sorts of sizes from a wide range of designers/collections.

Thank you so much for all the tips :)

I am new in Dublin and I don't know so many stores yet. I would apprecaite if you could also recommend me where in city centre to buy good quality transparent tights?

    Cheers :)

Forever 21, on the second floor, do a plus size section which is really decently priced, and does tights as far as I know.

Go into any department store or underware store and you'll get tights, as said already the majority of stores go up to a size 18 so no need to go to a specialist store
