    My understanding was that tenders were submitted early part of the year.

    Anyone know the status or who has got this?

    Was the dispute with a landowner on the route or on the new site settled down there? IIRC there was some dispute a while back whereby a landowner physically blocked access down a road which led to the extended site. There was some issue over a right of way. I think I read about it in a court case involving the 2 parties.

    Just found an article referring to the dispute. Anyone have an update on this? Are works progressing?
