Not sure if this is the correct forum; I couldnt see a specific relevant forum.

I came across this arcticle:

In it, it states:

The Health Service Executive has issued a tender for a four-year national integrated services IT project using electronic health records to underpin its integrated service delivery plan.

Is there anywhere I can see this tender online? I searched but couldnt find it.
