    he had a single out earlier this year called "The Road" - a leftover from his abandoned 3rd album. Other than that I think he's quit the business.

    Thought he had packed it in completely - glad I saw this thread and that leftover song. Here's hoping he eventually does more...

    SK2 is one of my favourite Irish albums and Serotonin undoubtedly one of my favourite ever songs - it's genius.

    Took me this long to discover the guy, for shame. I guess all you guys already been there done that...

    got turned off the guy from that 'truck on' song...did'nt think it was great at all...but this is outstanding stuff altogether....pushed aside for the talented Coronas and bressie ffs!

    well, I wouldn't say pushed aside. It's not like he was out there pushing himself or marketing himself. You can't expect someone else to do it for you........ I don't like Bressie or The Coronas, but they're out there pushing themselves along with their management etc.

    I knew he had quit singing/songwriting but I was just wondering had he gone into producing or any other direction like that.

    Just reading this now, Bummer he's gone, but now that you mention it haven't really heard anything from him in ages. Last time I saw him was in the Forum Waterford supporting BellX1, was trying to remember when it was thought it was around 2008 but just checked it there and it turns out it was 2006 :eek:

    I met him touring the first album playing the Glen Tavern in Waterford, seemed like a really nice guy, signed a poster and album for me. At least we have 2 good albums to remember him by, and actual good albums, not just "Good Irish albums"! I must root them out again for a listen actually :)
