AFAIK paddy power will let you top up / withdraw money in stores. open to correction here though

    Yep so will Boyles.
    I'd assume Lads as well.

Cheers lads, so just set up an account online and if i want to make a deposit, just call into the store?
Will they have the information and all?

  • Registered Users Posts: 637 ✭✭✭Dannyboi3k

and another thing, i cant seem to make head nor tales of this in the T and C page..
When I sign up and make a deposit, and assuming i started winning, when can I withdraw money from them i.e paddy powers and such?

Seems a few places want you to play through a certain amount of cash before you can make withdrawals, which to be fair seem kind of pointless as you would only be withdrawing cash you have already spent

Party Poker and Party Gaming will let you top up and withdraw to your laser, so straight in and out of your bank acc rather than flutin round with the credit card

is there a certain amount of time or cash you must spend before ya can make a withdrawal though? like say i deposited 200euro after signing up, and won 50 euro.. could i withdraw 250 from my account tomorrow? just for talks sake

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 971 ✭✭✭CoalBucket

Don't think there is any time limit at all, u can withdraw money anytime you like, obviously they charge a fee, think it's 2 euro, and it will take a 3-5 days before the cash lands in the acc.

cool, looking for a casino rather than poker TBH, whats party gaming like? yeah wouldnt mind the 2 euro charge be worth it rather than going the long way about it getting them to send a cheque or going into paddy powers demanding money :D all i need now is a debit card still waitin on BOI to send one out useless show of ****'s ha :)

Just some sites seem to have issues with paying out i.e ya have to spend X amount of money etc.. thanks for the help

Nope party poker doesnt allow that..

    on the FAQ page

Can I Cash out to my Laser Account?

my friend said they give you an account number, and you can deposit instore, and withdraw too. without having a bank account?

doesn't make sense to me though, can someone shed some light on it?

I've a paddy power account yeah they can set up an online account for you and they can take the money from you to deposit in the shop but you can't withdrawn money from your account in a shop I had to get a cheque posted out with any winnings/withdrawal. I think Ladbrokes might allow you to but I'm open to correction on that.

Okay, thanks guys for the info :D

So; if you've opened an online (mobile) account with PP, are your winnings credited to your CC account then?

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,618 ✭✭✭✭okidoki987

are your winnings credited to your CC account then

    Depends on the card.
    Visa cards can't, Mastercard can.

That's something that bugs me. If you are allowed deposit via a Mastercard, why then are you blocked withdrawing back to the same card?

is that a decision being made by the Bookies or the Debit CArd Company? and WHY???

Also, I recently requested that Betfair which I have used for years, send me out a payment by cheque. But they said I couldn't receive a payment by cheque until such time as my total withdrawals were greater than my total deposits on a laser card ????

Why do they use this rule. I wonder in fact, is it legal?

With paddy power can you withdraw money to your debit card? Isn't there a minimum of 10€? As in you can't withdraw under 10€ to a debit card from online?

If you get a Cash Card from PP you can withdraw and lodge using it. Ask for one in store. 'Link' it to your online account - simple ad straight forward and bring it in with photo ID the first time you use it in the shop and away you go.
