Sky+ issues since new EPG?

I hardly ever use sky or sky +, but the family do. The bother is saying he can’t record two things at once now the new EPG is updated (I put it in via the hold down back up method). I can’t remember is it record two and watch one, record two and watch nothing or record two and watch a recording ? Thanks for any information

It is record two and watch one recorded programme or record one watch one.
