It didnt auto update, I went to SETTINGS/ABOUT/SYSTEM UPDATES and searched.

Its just over 100MB in size, so Im waiting for it to complete as I type this.

Time to see what all this ICS fuss is about.

ICS is available for XOOM Wi-Fi, just upgraded looks great so far....:D:D

Tbh I can't remember exactly how I did it but it was very easy to trick my Xoom into thinking it was in the US rather than Europe, it's had ICS for months and recently got 4.1.1. Didn't involve rooting anyway.
