    I left the velodrome I am now out watching the walk, where is the Irish lad, the London crowds are great.

    The three girls who won the gold for Britain in the pursuit come across as some of the nicest, most bubbly and just most normal people you could ever come across. Very refreshing and so pleased for them!

    More or less, they are even subbing Chris Hoy in some of the team sprints, now that is a pool of talent.
