Ray so scarce (the fish, not a person lol)

    So there I was earlier looking through a few takeaway menus and noticed something odd. Everyone of them said either one of two things when it came to the fish ray.... "Ray only when available" or "Ray only available on weekends"

    So whats the deal :P
    The Ray only likes to get slaughtered on Fridays? :pac:

    My local chipper had a handwritten sign in the window earlier that read: "Fresh ray today". It makes more sense now..
