    Has anyone got any recommendations or warning re Letting Agents & Management Agencies. I have an apartment in Dublin which I'm going to rent out & as I live in the West I need an agency to let & Manage it. Thanks.

    I had a bad experience with DublinLettings.com and will never deal with them again. I was a tenant, but their behviour was bad for the landlord too.

    Any luck with finding a good management agency? I'm in the same boat myself. Any advice/info would be appreciated.

    I sold my house a few years back with Mason Estates. They were amazing, so I guess they have a similar service for lettings.
