Cannot get Digital Channels on Hannspree 42" television

    Hi, I bought a Hannspree 42" flatscreen tv at Christmas, but more often than not I cannot get digital channels on it. I thought about getting an actual saorview (freeview) box for it but I'm told that it's built in. Yet it doesn't even work! Can anybody help me please? :)

    Maybe check the model number against the Saorview offical list:

    What do you mean "more often than not"? If it receives the channels just some of the time, that would indicate a signal problem, most likely due to an inadequate aerial.

    Maybe the OP is connected to a cable TV service?

    If not, where in the country ??

    (anyone enquiring here about reception issues should indicate their location)
