Adding RAM to my motherboard(upgrade)

Hi!

I want to upgrade my motherboards - Asus Striker II Extreme RAM...

Now I have OCZ HyperX DDR3 4GB kit of 2 (2x2gb), but as the game and graphics industry gets more demanding I want to upgrade my RAM... And because NO ONE CANT get anywhere another same ocz kit of 2 modules im searcing for new ones...

Now I want to upgrade to 8GB(my mthrb max capacity) But I am reading much info that something there is not comptable and you cannot install 2x4gb kit.. and even its hard to get kit of 4(4x2gb) modules nowdays so they would work on this moterboard!

I want to ask can you suggest me which modules I could take? What config to take? So I can succesfully install and use 8gb of ram...
Personally im much interested in Corsair modules(Like Vengeance or Dominator series DDR3 modules).. Or kingston hyperX genesis... but in which module kit config?

OCZ don't make RAM anymore so that's why it's not easy to come by.

2 sets of 2x2GB should be fine. You don't have buy in sets of 4. Maybe take a look at adverts or second hand - a lot of people might be upgrading to 4GB modules so they might be selling off 2GB ones - you might be lucky enough to get a set of 4.

If you want to keep costs low, you could get the 1333MHz RAM without the heatsinks:

Thanks for reply... Money isnt really a big issue and im not just looking into value modules(average good ram isnt that expensive that i couldnt buy), Im looking to normal fast modules with good latency timings and quality that wont dissapoint me after 2 years and so with malfunction...

I'm originally not living in Ireland but in country where now its +36C(this summer was heat record and temp reached even +43C for 2 days) so good pc ventilation and component cooling is mandatory

Im here for summer holidays to cool off...

You could go for the ripjaws series from G Skill. I've bought loads of this stuff and it's been reliable enough.
