What type to use.I have the floor covered in plywood but need to level it so would appreciate some suggestions as to what compound to use. Thank you

You level a wooden floor with sheets of wood and adhesive.

What type of adhesive?My local hardware tried to sell me a bag of levelling compound by evo stick but on the back I pointed out to him that it was unsuitable for a wooden subfloor.They had no other suggestions.

Flexable adhesive is used on wooden floors and with all porc tiles. White if your unsure.

I also was looking into the same subject a few weeks ago and found this video on youtube that was quite helpful http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4a985yCNuw. They also recommend the use of levelling compound for wooden floors. B&Q sell this one http://www.diy.com/nav/decor/flooring/wood-laminate-flooring/flooring_trims__adhesives___tools/-specificproducttype-floor_care/Stikatak-Level-A-Floor-Levelling-Screed-9278960 which seems to be suitable but haven't tried it yet myself.
