Watching Hells Kitchen as this guy reminds me of someone but I cant put my finger on who and its wreckin my head. Who am I thinking of ??

I'm getting some info filtering through, I'm thinking daytime Irish tv and cooking segment. I've searched and that face hasnt showed up but I'm almost certain the guy I'm thinking about is Irish, a chef and has appeared on that afternoon show/morning show or whatever show had those 3 women on it.

They look nothing alike!!
Some of the ideas from other posters had much more of a likeness.

The pics dont do it justice but they are remarkably similar. Exact same mouth and smile. Hard to find decent clips of McAllister.
