    Its a 3 Dongle , usually grand to game with, my ping hovers around 100ms. DL speed can go from 3.5 meg to half a meg in evenings. It occasionally goes dead even tho its connected and no data sent/received ( as per last nights standoff)

    So I have to discon-recon 3 to get back in game an then its fine. Its not ideal but works sufficiently 90% of the time, Im in the sticks as well using a Wok-Fi.

    Anyone getting very low FPS today? Lots of red connection today and last night as well along with very little loot even in areas I know people won't have been recently as there's very few on. Only for I've found some decent camps I'd have nothing :D

    Great,glad you got sorted.

    It's probably due to an oversight by me,that folder is usually hidden.

    If anyone else is reading this to un hide them in Win7/Vista
    Open libraries (task bar)
    Click organize (top left) and select Folder and Search Options
    Then View tab
    You should see Hidden Files and Folders,tick the box saying "Show hidden files,folders or drives"
    Hit apply

    Same here, can`t play the game like this tbh, anyone else having this prob?............to the two lads i was gunna meet up with i`ll be on l8r to see how it`s running, but for now i can`t play

    Tents were a nightmare for me, flat ground to me, is seemingly not flat to arma, I just gave up

    What's the story with this server??? I just logged in, and was put back on the coast, even though I logged out in the middle of the map on another server! Then after running a few meters I "lost the session"

    And yet I find tents that have half the tent in the air or inside a tree or even 3 or 4 tents inside one another. No idea how people manage to get that to work considering I can barely get one set up on flat ground...

    When you have your inventory open shift walk back and forth while simultaneously attempting to pitch the tent and it will work!!

    Why can't I find a toolbox to remove some of the wire around electro? Found enough engine parts, fuel parts, jerry cans and wheels to start a taxi business but not a single toolbox!

    Also if boards ever gets helis please tell me, found two rotor assemblies today alone....

    129 or 139 in PC World. Could've got them cheaper online, but when I get my mind set on something, can't wait. lol.

    Also, It turns out that the ground can be angled. It's just a pain. If you look up youtube you'll see some tutorials.

    But basically, pick an area, flat or not.
    Open your inventory, right click and pitch tent.
    It'll fail, more than likely.
    Without closing your inventory, move your character any direction a step and try pitch again.
    Repeat until eventually your character will pitch the tent.

    my fps is fine, better now since the 1.62 patch.. eating and drink is a big lagged, only 5 -10 seconds thought. ( it has been up to 2-3 minutes on IE1 last week.

    oh dear, someonee is going to be very upset... I was onyl havein a stroll in the woos and bumped into a big blue ural.... it haad my m24 and my l85 in it too, very convenient..

    i think im going to drive it to cherno and park it up then sit back have a beer and watch the crazies to mad for it...

    just got kicked for high ping , whilst ddriving there though.. so I dont know how it works when i log back in..

    Man up north is terrible on IE1, there's never any craic at stary or the airfield. Went onto DK3 and I was like a predator on the south hill of stary. Killed two clan members and then they started hunting me. They could never find me though. Managed to kill four of them in the end and a few other guys that appeared. 7 kills all together! Got out alive too which is a plus, even though im pretty sure there was an artillery sniper rifle shooting at me at one stage :P Ghillie suit, CCO SD & AS50 are the business!

    i have a funny feeling that URAL is the one Papa Lazarou found two days ago at the NW airfirld!...........maybe not..but just maybe.....i look forward to finding out!

    I validated and verified and all that ****. It said files were reaquired but still nearly immediately got kicked off the server twice in a row. Battleye is brutal.

    Repeatedly just getting kicked. It's becoming nearly completely unplayable. :(

    So I had my first encounter today with two strangers. As I was losing blood fast in a shed a "friendly" weilding an AK approached. I had no gun and thought ah here we go he's gonna shoot me in the face. however he came to my rescue to give me blood. It was a quick hello and mutual understanding we had. He held the AK so I had no choice really. He brought me down to the church in elektro where we heard some chatter from this scottish dude over the mike. He was running from zombies with no gun. In the church I swapped my shotgun for a crossbow like a sap. My new friend wondered why I did that but he understood why when I had to ask how to hop over a fence! Anyway the scottish dude took the rifle and fired on my friend when we moved towards the hospital. They ended up killing each other with the last shots of the guns and since Im still a complete noob I couldn't even rob the savage loot my late friend had on him. As I sat in the road trying everything I could some sniper picked me off with two shots. PR!CK AWESOME mod tho!
