Who uses Excel VBA?

Do you use Excel VBA in your work? What can you do with it? I am trying to get into and get to grips with it! I can think of a few things I can do with it!

Used to use a lot of VBA, mainly word though. Some Excel. Best thing is to work through a few examples on the web/books. There some good forums for Excel VBA stuff. Lots of people do it.
