Cannot download apps from Windows Marketplace

Hi, I bought a HTC Titan from Amazon Germany and its working great. The only problem is that when I go to buy an app the price is in $ and I need a US address to register my credit card and keeps being declined. What can I do to change it to € and Ireland settings?

You'd probably need to reset the phone and then when you set te phone up set Ireland as your country.
