Are you sure its two devices? Just because 2 names DNS to an IP doesnt mean its two devices AFAIK.

Can you paste the below into notepad and save it as Test.bat then open the CLI and run it.
    Post back the Boards.log file.

    ARP -A >> Boards.log
    ARP -D >> Boards.log
    ARP -A >> Boards.log

    PING lindaf

    ARP -A >> Boards.log
    ARP -D >> Boards.log

    PING finbarrj

    ARP -A >> Boards.log
    ARP -D >> Boards.log

    TRACERT lindaf >> Boards.log
    ARP -A >> Boards.log

    TRACERT finbarrj >> Boards.log
    ARP -A >> Boards.log

    Correct...thanks! ;)

When you save it with Notepad, make sure you save as type: "all files" and not as "*.txt" type !
Also, when you run the CMD command, make sure is ran as administrator or admin privileges !
