Three.ie no coverage in spain on iphone

Hi, my wife and I are in Spain and can't get on any of four available networks with three.ie. Get message 'Your selected mobile network Is no longer available, you can choose a different network in Settings' from all the carriers. I've tried calling 00353833333333 from payphone but an Irish voice says number not in service…

choose a different network in Settings' from all the carriers. I've tried calling 00353833333333 from payphone but an Irish voice says number not in service check number and dial again. I'm bill pay customer as is my wife and my bro contacted three from Ireland and they say I should automatically connect to a carrier. I can see 4 carriers but can't connect. Three won't/can't call me as I've no coverage. I have wifi here so can haveViber jelly SMS text and web access. Any help appreciated. Thanks

They appear to be having major issues this weekend - all international roaming is down for calls and texts, internet appears to be fine though.

Would that include calling them from abroad too do u think?
