gym options close to Dublin 10

Hi all, just moved to ballyfermot area and looking for a gym that has a decent place to squat, deadlift, etc. Basically a good strength & conditioning place rather than a commercial gym. Willing to travel bout 15-20 mins.

I know ironside in blackrock has a great rep but wud prob take half an hour anyway to get there?

Was also thinking about using dcu or ucd but again they wud prob be 20-30 mins I suppose?

Any suggestions guys????
