York Dumbell weights spinlock collars

hi,

im just taken a couple of old weights down from the attack. there the old york weights. im minssing 1 sspinlock collar that holds the weights in its the red plastic screw thingy..

does anyone know if theres anywhere around that would sell these? its just a red piece of plastic or something similar that would work. ill check online, tried argos they dont seem to sell them.

found them on ebay for a set of 2 for 3 pound but shipping cost is 6.50 so feck that.. need to find a store that has them

Look around the builders suppliers, hire shops or motor factos for a washer or something the same size as the thread on the bar
