The shades of Grey trilogy isnt actually a bad story its fairly standard but it is a good read.Sure theres nothing wrong with a bitta smut from time to time.

Theres nothing about that which could possibly read to anything well written

You'd be surprised how often Twilight fanfiction can be better than the real thing. Just a shame one of the worst got published.

Speaking of shame, I'm not entirely sure how I ended up knowing so much about fanfiction.

I read about the first 20 pages of it, and it's atrocious. It reads like a twelve year old wrote it. I've nothing against a bit of shmut, but for jaysus sake at least make it sound like you're actually old enough to legally do what you're writing about!

In fairness, a lot of it has very good character development. The lead actress often feels limited at the start, unable to reach certain heights, but by the end, she has lost the shackles keeping her back, attaining new heights, and she finishes in a blaze of glory. Truly an inspirational progression.

Now to hope no one ever sees what I quoted if they're reading my old posts.
