    Got six myself.

Well luckily I don't have a British passport so I don't need to hand it over.

If I pass will they hand me a free one and 50 pounds?

    9.. missed by one question.

I'd think most British people would fail this.

I thought it was 1740s so I was kinda of right, just the wrong century :pac:

Although I just looked it up and there was a famine in the 1740s so I was technically right.

    I got seven,

Commiserations - you failed the sample British history test (you needed more than 10 to pass). If this was the real citizenship test you would need to wait a week and pay £50 to take the test again, and hand over your British passport.

Thought I would have known more ;-(

I got 12, not sure whether to be happy or not. Reading the article and noted that Theresa May reckons new citizens or immigrants need to put "less emphasis on human rights". Tory filth!

    I also got 10.

I can't imagine a set of questions less relevant to helping people live in the UK.

"Which king defeated the Vikings at the end of the 9th Century?"

You scored 10 out of a possible 15
