Cooker isolator switch

Howdy, I'm not a home at the moment but I got a call to say the cooker and hob won't switch on and the red light on the isolator switch is not working, nothing tripped on the board so I wondering if there is anything else I can check or should I just head to the wholesaler and get a new switch, dont want to be stuck over…

EDIT: We've tried flicking the trip on & off but no luck either...
