Who is the worst human being you know

We all know the type, the one who ticks all the boxes of a vile person.

There's a guy around my way. He is as mean as they come. He constantly spreads false rumours about the place, Apparently he robbed money off a pensioner fund raiser - never proven though.
He used to bully the f*ck outta his children too, actually threw punches to one of them at the back off mass years ago for not blessing himself properly.
He's just a cu*t of a person who I've never heard a good word about.
