There is a Dutch Furniture store in Rathvilly. it only opens on Sundays

Dutch Furniture in Rathvilly is open weekends 11am to 6pm and any bank holiday mondays.

Pollerton furniture has a few secondhand sofas these days (due to a trade in deal they had last year i think)

If you narrow a search on donedeal down to carlow and furniture, you can buy almost anything.

Also the charity warehouse in graigue (old Lowry's store) has secondhand furniture for sale.

try the Royal Oak auctions outside Bagnelstown once a month, you can pick up anything there quite cheaply

try the holy angels charity shop on the castlecomer road in graiguecullen.......good for lots of things
