Greyhound worst service ever, any other bin provider for D6?

Hi - I live in Rathgar, Greyhound's service are atrocious. The chip in my bin doesn't work so they keep not collecting it as the bin men think there's no credit on my account. The credit in my account has never been touched as the bloody chip isn't working.

They won't replace my bin (they're now considering it, at a cost to me!) so I was wondering does anyone else in the Rathgar area have their domestic waste handled by anyone else?

I called a few places before Christmas to see would they collect but there was no one in my area...
