Dell XPS 14z or HP elitebook 8460?

Thinking of upgrading my XPS M1330 to either of above, would prefer a Dell Presision but they don't make them in 14"
Had Dell's next business day warrenty for the last 4 yrs on my current one, which I found very useful as the slot in DVD drive has been replaced twice common fault I understand.

The elitebook seems to be a better machine for business, are they robust?
Any experiance on the XPS 14z?

I see a few of these machines for sale on ebay as factory recondioned anyone ever buy one like this?

Don't know much about that Dell or HP however if you are looking gor a robust,solid,quality built lappy then I 'd recommend this Lenny
