Constant engaged tone calling Eircom this morning ?

Anyone know how to get though to customer service in Eircom apart from 1901?, no matter what option i choose on the voice system this morning it eventually puts me though to a line with an engaged tone. Thanks!

Got though finally, all sorted, seems like the Ulsterbank/RBS IT staff were working on Eircoms systems this morning doing a small update
