As is often the case with these things you'll get a much better answer by picking up the phone and speaking to the Med School office than you will on an internet forum. Transfers are sometimes accepted, usually in special circumstances - so to get any kind of answer on this you'd have to speak to someone in Admissions. Contact details here.
