How to deal with a rude work colleague

Recently a female work colleague was acting particularly rude and obnoxious to me on a night out. This isn't the first time that this has happened. I'm just wondering what should I do about it. If I leave it go more rudeness could be coming my way. If I say something I could have her in tears. Women are fairly sensitive.

Perhaps you could take on board the advice already offered in your previous thread.
