Ultra 64 sfx universal game adaptor

    OK so I came across one of these in a box of stuff i was sorting through...probably never going to use it again...is this worthless or priceless or somewhere in between?

    I have one, they're ok & compatibility isn't great. I got mine for under a tenner I think
