    I reckon it is the same girl. She's got a small mole on the left side of her chin ( from our point of view ). Her nose is wider when she's smiling, but everyone's nose does that. Hair and makeup / accessories are the same...

    That's not very likely ;)


    The shamrock is painted higher up on the face of the girl with the flag.

    Their faces don't really look the same, but they have the same side parting in their hair and short bit falling to the right side of their face. They both also seem to have the same large blonde highlight on the the other side of their hair up near the root.
