iPhone 3GS or HTC Desire HD??

    Which one should I go for?

    I'm currently on a Blackberry Curve and want to upgrade to either an iPhone 3Gs 16gb or a HTC Desire HD.

    Both are 2nd hand and are mint, same price range too.

    What would you go for and what do I need to look out for? Software upgrades, etc...

    If it was me id go for the HTC if you dont need all the apple branding and been tied down to itunes ..but its what you prefer i prefer Android over iOS but thats just me others will have differant opinions im sure :)

    The Desire HD specs blow the 3GS out of the water.

    CPU of the DHD is a 1GHz Snapdragon with Adreno 205 graphics core. The 3GS CPU is 600 MHz, single core. DHD has a bigger better screen, more RAM, better camera (8MP as opposed to the 3GS 3MP) Free Google Navigation on the HTC (have to pay for decent nav on iPhone).

    Battery life would be roughly the same I'd wager.

    I'd go for the Desire HD. I just upgraded to a Galaxy Nexus and gave the HD to my sister. She loves it.
