Can't get in to my results!! Help!

    When I log on it says incorrect password - however I know it's the right one! I rang SAA and they said that I had successfully logged in (eh, no I hadn't!) But they reset my password anyway. But I still can't log in! Help please! :(

    Email itss@ul.ie to have your password reset.

    It's not a pin like before, it's your computer logon.

    Yea I logged in with my computer password and then SAA reset it but it still wouldn't work. I emailed IT dept like half an hour ago and still no reply :( thanks though

    It could be after lunch before you hear anything. They could have a few hundred resets to sort.

    Thanks...I finally got in through the student records page. It's kinda all over the place but the results are there! :)
