What Is Your Favorite Smell?

Perfumes and aftershaves aside, what's your favorite smell? I live roughly a mile away from a Johnston Mooney and O'Brien bread factory. On some evenings I can get a really pleasant smell of toast wafting through the air, it's fantastic. My favorite childhood smell would have to be sawdust on a butchers floor, I dont know…
