Need a little help with this. Need to get the 103 from Ward's Cross to Duleek tomorrow morning. I know the drivers drop you off at the Whitehouse pub and it's on the route but I haven't seen any bus stop on Google Street View so I'm wondering where I have to stand if I want to be picked up. Don't want the bus to zoom right past me because I'll be fairly fecked if it does.

    Thanks.

At the next junction about 5 minutes walk past the white house there is a bus stop.

Edit: I see that is actually Ward's cross:)

Bus Éireann local services such as the 103 in theory will stop anywhere subject to road safety: "Local bus services stop on request at all points on route". (Source: Bus Éireann Expressway & Local Bus Timetable 2011/12).

Years ago there wasn't that much traffic so buses could pretty much stop anywhere. With increased traffic and road safety issues this is no longer universally the case though there are several routes where buses do regularly and safely stop at locations which have no bus stop flagpoles.

Purchased online Ward Cross to Duleek is €8.36 for an adult day return and
€6.36 for an adult single (€8.80 and €6.70 respictively if bought from the driver).

Thanks. They were doing road works all around the actual bus stop but they did stop outside the pub for me.

The timetable says the stop is "Duleek (Smith’s)"
