MSI P45 with Corsair Vengeance

Hello,

I'm looking for a memory upgrade.

Current Spec:

MSI P45 Diamond

Corsair XMS3 3GB TR3X3G1333C9 DDR3, CL9

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 @ 2664Mhz


Future Spec:

MSI provide this statement re. memory support:
"Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 1.5 Volt DDR3 800/1066/1333/1600* (OC) DRAM, 8GB Max"

And so I'm looking at Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9R

It seems to hit all of the maximums supported by the board, but I wanted to check with you guys before I spend on it.

Do you think there could be any problems with this memory on my board?
If so, or even if not, any other recommendations?
