Hi lads, wondering can you offer me some advise.

I have a Macbook Pro about 2 years now. Recently, when I have been working on my laptop the screen turns blue(or blank as I call it) for a few seconds and then turns back to the screen I was on. Just now it has done this and my desktop screen has remained blue/blank and my screen saver is gone. This happened before and I turned my laptop off and back on again and the screen saver was back and everything was fine. Do you have any idea why this is happening??:confused:

sounds like a software issue. a reinstall may fix this.

Not to sound stupid but how do I do that?

Before you do a reinstall try creating a new user and see does the problem occur in this account.

Mine does this when I move the mouse cursor to a corner of the screen. Try disabling the "screen saver".
