glad I wasn't the only one to make a gif of that.
    My one:

They held some meeting or whatever where they told everybody that what was shown on stage and on e3.nintendo.com is just the launch window stuff (3-4 months after launch) and assured people Iwata, Miyamoto, and Retro are working on both existing and new IP's.

This guy says friendcodes aren't gone, but that's a mistake, friendcodes are gone, we got a point blank answer from NoA here.

EA titles actually ARE coming to WiiU this year!

They need to get Activision on board with COD + the lineup actually looks fairly good.

No Animal Crossing or Zelda :(

I'm glad a lot of the games are being launched on download also, since its region locked and I live abroad and can't but the games here :D

So I can get Super Mario Bros in August, thought it looked great! Multiplayer looks gas :pac:

I'm also quite sad about no news on Layton vs Ace Attorney. I am dying for this game!

I share those sentiments, I am thinking/hoping that we may hear about that next year we are always a age behind on Layton titles so maybe we will have to wait for that. Another level-5 title Fantasy Life looks great but I only seen japanese trailers of that. Good selection of 3DS titles for 2012 all the same.

Another thing noticeably lacking from all presentations were hints on games in early development. Nintendo almost always announce a couple of titles that they are working on even if they have nothing to show! Playing it very carefully this year alright.

I am still pretty happy with the game selection for both consoles though, just all seemed very short term.

Yeah I think we heard about Luigi's Mansion 2 & Paper Mario a few years back but it wouldn't kill me to hear of a Kirby, Donkey Kong, F-Zero, Mario Golf, Yoshi, WarioWare or Metroid title in development. I reckon next year we might see more from Animal Crossing & maybe Super Smash Bros which is a title in my head that is built perfectly for a 2 screen handheld. I'd love a title to come along similar to Hotel Dusk or Ghost Trick, i've yet to get my hands on Rhythm Thief though

The only games they do that for are Zelda really.
    And 3D Mario games.

Everything else they announce at e3 and it's usually here for Christmas.
3DS changed that... nearly a 2 year wait for Paper Mario. :(

I am looking forward to the wii u but I was a little disappointed they didn't clear up the rumors like price or hardware.
